Always reliable Julep!
I've been a Julep customer for years, ever since I discovered their nail polish, and they continue to impress me. This order was for their Triple Quench Deep Hydration Sheet Mask and some new Face Brushes. Everything arrived quickly, as usual, and the quality is consistent with previous purchases. Their products are always good, though I do wish they'd combine their new subscriber discount (I think it's 15% off right now) with other sitewide sales sometimes, like Thrive Causemetics does. Still, I got a great deal on the masks and my skin feels amazing. By the way, does anyone know if Julep eyeshadow is waterproof? I'm thinking of trying some next.

I just got the Waterproof Eyeshadow Stick and the When Pencil Met Gel Eyeliner, and I'm so happy with them! The eyeshadow is super easy to apply and truly doesn't smudge, even on a long day. The eyeliner glides on perfectly too. Everything arrived quickly and was packaged nicely. I can't wait to try more of their products next time!
Consistently good quality
This was my third time ordering from Julep, and they're still reliable. I picked up the So Plush Ultra-Hydrating Lip Gloss and another Eyeshadow 101 Crème-to-Powder Stick. The lip gloss is just as good as the last one I got, not sticky at all. My previous orders also arrived quickly and were well-packaged, and this one was no different. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting.
Good products, shipping needs work
I ordered the Eyeshadow 101 3-Piece Set and the Love Your Bare Face Hydrating Cleansing Oil. The eyeshadows are really convenient and blend well, and the cleansing oil makes my face feel soft without being greasy. I thought the value for the set was fair, especially compared to some other brands. My main issue was with the shipping; it took a bit longer than I expected, even with standard shipping. Tracking updates were also a little sparse, so I wasn't always sure where my package was. Overall, I'm happy with the products themselves, but improved shipping speed or more detailed tracking would make it a perfect experience.
